D4C-DirtyDeedsDoneDirtCheap
Add the "D4C-Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" Stand to Ripples of the Past
For ROTP, add the Stand from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run: D4C - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
Left-Click Skills
- Light punch
- Heavy punch(shift variation of Light punch/Punch barrage)
- Punch barrage
- D4C Combo (Rapidly lunges forward and locks onto an enemy to perform 4-6 consecutive attacks. The final hit inflicts 4 seconds of Nausea. When the Stand is not summoned, this skill has a passive effect, automatically attacking hostile enemies within 3 blocks behind the user)
- Summon Kick (Summons a version of yourself from a parallel world directly above you to perform a kicking attack. Enemies struck are inflicted with Weakness, Slowness, and Nausea for 3 seconds)
- Item Toss (Place the item to be thrown in the off-hand. Using this skill throws the item significantly farther. It can coordinate with items from parallel worlds to form a long-range attack)
- Parallel World Pull (Pulls the target into a chosen dimension, defaulting to the Parallel World dimension)
- Hand Blade Chop (A charged heavy punch variant activated when the energy bar is full. Attack speed is 20% faster, damage is 30% higher, and range is increased by 1 block compared to the heavy punch. A successful hit inflicts a 5-second bleeding effect, causing the target to lose 1% of their current health per second.)
Right-Click Skills
- Block
- Parallel Self Summon (Summons an alternate self from a parallel world. Its health is equal to the user's. Up to 6 can be summoned at once.)
- Parallel Self Behavior Select (The Shift variant skill for Parallel Self Summon. Selects the behavior of the parallel selves, with modes including Ranged Attack, Melee Attack, Stand By, Follow Only, Stand Rush, and Smart Combat. Defaults to Smart Combat mode.)
- Parallel World Travel (Travels to a chosen dimension. Requires being "sandwiched" by meeting conditions such as having blocks to the left and right, above and below, diagonally, or being submerged in liquid. Cooldown is faster than that of Flag Parallel World Travel.)
- Dimension Select (The Shift variant skill for Parallel World Travel and Flag Parallel World Travel. Allows selection of the destination dimension, including options for the Overworld, Parallel World, Nether, and End. Also integrates dimensions from other mods, which require the corresponding mods to be installed.)
- Flag Parallel World Travel (Uses flags to create the "sandwiched" condition, allowing for travel at any time and any location. Cooldown is longer than that of Parallel World Travel.)
- Annihilation Mark (Marks a target for annihilation, making it easier to release the Annihilation skill. Can only lock onto one target at a time. The lock is automatically removed if the target moves beyond 32 blocks from the player, or when switching to a new target.)
- Annihilation (Annihilation Mark (Shift Variant) Summons a parallel world version of the enemy. When the original enemy comes within 8 blocks of its parallel counterpart, an attractive force is generated, pulling them together. Upon contact, both entities are immobilized. During this immobilization period, they continuously take percentage-based damage. The final strike's effect is determined by the enemy's health: if health is below 50, it results in an instant kill; if health is above 50, it deals damage equal to 50% of their current health. The damage percentage and execution threshold can be modified via configuration.)
- Body Swap (When used on your parallel self, this skill swaps "souls" between the two bodies.)
- Love Train (Can be used after collecting the complete Holy Corpse. Evolution process takes approximately 30 seconds, during which movement speed is extremely slow and the process can be interrupted. Upon successful evolution into Love Train, all damage is redirected - enemy projectiles are erased upon contact with the light barrier, and their damage is transferred as percentage-based damage to surrounding entities. Melee attacks transfer a higher percentage of damage to nearby entities. In this state, enemies cannot approach the user; if the user actively moves toward an enemy, the enemy will be repelled. Love Train also excludes all liquids, preventing any liquid from touching the user. While active, it grants the buffs: Favor of the Goddess of Fortune, Speed, and Night Vision. The Favor of the Goddess of Fortune effect is detailed separately below. Love Train also features unique summoning dialogue and sound effects. The default duration is 15 minutes. The active time can be modified via configuration.)
- Deactivate Love Train (The Shift variant skill for Love Train)
- Love Train Light Wall (Generates an extremely long light wall centered on the user, with the same effects as Love Train. Each activation lasts 30 seconds. Requires Love Train to be active to use this skill. Duration can be modified in configuration.)
- Deactivate Love Train Light Wall (The Shift variant skill for Love Train Light Wall)
Mechanism Details
- Parallel World:
-
Parallel World: When a player uses a skill to enter the Parallel World from the Overworld, the surrounding environment is copied over, making its structure identical to the Overworld. During copying, identical blocks are skipped to reduce performance pressure, meaning that entering an already copied area of the Parallel World for the second time will be smoother with almost no loading time. However, note that some shaders may cause performance strain during dimension loading, leading to lag when transitioning to the Parallel World.
-
Items dropped in the Parallel World cannot be used, placed, or crafted. If a Parallel World item A and an Overworld item A come within 5 blocks of each other, they attract each other and annihilate in an explosion upon contact. In the Overworld, if a Parallel World item A comes into contact with a block A placed in the Overworld, it will also cause an annihilation explosion. Similarly, in the Parallel World dimension, if an Overworld item A comes into contact with a block A placed in the Parallel World, it will result in an annihilation explosion.
-
If the player's Stand is not D4C and their inventory contains both a Parallel World item A and an Overworld item A, an annihilation explosion will occur. All annihilation damage follows the damage mechanics of the Annihilation skill.
- Holy Corpse:
-
Each corpse part provides different beneficial effects. The complete Holy Corpse possesses all individual effects. Due to the extensive text, these effects will not be detailed here—the in-game corpse items contain full descriptions.
-
Acquisition method: First, obtain an initial corpse part from a world chest. Once any corpse part is acquired, press Ctrl + R to activate the corpse's guidance (only works in the Overworld). In the current version, the structures containing corpse parts are generated dynamically, so they cannot be located via structure-related commands. They spawn at a random distance between 5,000 and 25,000 blocks from the player, always in a desert biome.
-
Use the /corpseadmin command to get the exact coordinates of the structure or to teleport directly to it.
-
When obtaining your first corpse part, there is a 20% chance to awaken a Stand. Acquiring the complete Holy Corpse guarantees a Stand. If you already possess a Stand, no additional Stand will be obtained.
-
Favor of the Goddess of Fortune: This buff is active while Love Train is active. Its effect triples all dropped items (crop drops, mob drops, ore drops) in a multiplicative manner, and can stack with enchantments such as Fortune and Looting. It also increases the probability of obtaining high-quality loot from chests and fishing.
-
When health drops below 30%, the model switches to a wounded state. This also includes unique animations (specific models are not yet fully implemented, and the corresponding animations are also incomplete).
Some mechanics and items have not been introduced, as I cannot recall all the details. Please refer to the actual in-game experience for specifics.
This version is a beta release and will not receive future updates due to certain circumstances. Many elements remain unfinished. The original plan for the next version included voice reset, Holy Corpse reset, corpse structure reset, animation reset, and Love Train visual effects reset. The current version has only implemented about half of the animation reset, with partial progress on other resets. However, the completion level was insufficient for release before development was halted due to unforeseen issues.
We originally planned for the next major update to revamp the acquisition method of the Holy Corpse, aligning it with the manga by distributing corpse parts across different terrain structures, each with unique environmental effects. Additionally, various boss battles were designed where defeating bosses would grant corresponding corpse parts. The "Civil War" boss has already been implemented, and "Scary Monsters" was previously under development. However, I currently lack the motivation to continue development. I am deeply sorry.
