Custom World Icons

Allows you to customize world icons upon world creation.

Features:

    -Ability to add custom world icons.
    -Higher resolution for icons in the world list.
    -Translations for multiple languages.

Languages:

    -English
    -Spanish
    -German
    -Polish
    -Italian
    -Russian
    -Japanese
    -Serbian
    -Portuguese

I'm open to adding more languages, I can add them two ways:

        -You translate it yourself and send me the file.
        -I use google translate (prone to errors but may be faster).
