Changelog - Custom Starter Menu

Permission System: Introduced the csm.user permission node. Access to the starter menu is now restricted; users strictly require this permission to open the menu (default: false). Admin commands remain protected under level 2 permissions.

Pokemon Preview: Added a visual preview system that spawns a client-side representation of the selected Pokemon above the menu block when the "Visual" button is clicked. The preview automatically despawns when the menu is closed or a choice is made.

Confirmation Menu: Implemented a safety verification step. Selecting a starter opens a secondary menu with "Accept" (Green) and "Decline" (Red) options, along with a button to toggle the visual preview(pokemon sprite), preventing accidental selections.

Administrative Commands:

/csm reload: Allows administrators to reload the mod's configuration files without restarting the server.

/csm reset : Allows administrators to reset a player's starter choice status, enabling them to choose a starter again.
