feat(portals): introduce datapack-driven portal definitions and map integration

• add support for custom portal definitions via datapacks with configurable frame/catalyst selectors
• implement scaled dimension counterpart routing (Nether-portal style auto-generation)

• improve linking logic with tightened matching and vanilla-style placement recovery

• Minimum Size Control: Added a new configuration option to set the minimum required size for a valid portal frame.
• Stability & Hardening: Improved data handling to prevent crashes from corrupted portal save files.
• Session Fixes: Fixed an issue where configuration settings might not reset correctly when switching between worlds in singleplayer.

feat(config): integrate KwahsCore with config screen, SafeConfig, and sound muting

• Split CPConfig into CLIENT (mute sounds) and COMMON (gameplay rules) specs
• Add config screen via KwahsConfigScreen with dual-spec auto-greying
• Replace all raw .get() calls with SafeConfig wrappers
• Add validateOrReset for both specs on startup
• Mute custom portal trigger/travel sounds via PlaySoundEvent (client-only)
• Guard IConfigScreenFactory behind dist check for dedicated server safety
• Use intField for unbounded range values, slider for bounded portal size
• Add KwahsCore srcDir + JarJar build integration
