Custom Glint
Custom Glint is a client-side mod that lets you customize enchant glints for items and armor, You can use the built in glints or add your own glints by putting PNG files into the glint folder. For more glints join my discord!
The biggest thing with this mod is that it works with Vulkan Mod, so you can still use custom glints, shader overlays, and bloom while playing with Vulkan. It also works without Vulkan incase you just prefer the mod normally. but vulkan increases preformance a ton. even though the mod is pretty light weight to run since its so optimized.
Full version = 1.21.11 and up, lower versions have less features for now due to it would look very bad and a ton of work 1.21.9 and 1.21.10 have bloom and gateway ect but it doesn't look as good nor work for items.
This mod does NOT require any shader loader/iris/sodium. It works fully by itself and does not affect you're whole game with shader effects.

Custom Glint lets you fully change how enchant glints look on items and armor, with separate item and armor glint selectors, an option to link them together so both update at once, and support for adding your own PNG glints through the custom glint folder with a rescan option so you can add your own glints. It also includes real shader-style overlays like End Gateway and Nether Portal that can be enabled separately for items and armor without replacing the normal glint, meaning you can stack a custom enchant glint with a gateway or portal effect on top. Both overlay types have controls for item strength, armor strength, background visibility, item background visibility, item speed, and item zoom, so you can make them subtle, bright, clean, very bright, or whatever style you want it to be like. The mod also has a full bloom system split between normal glints, End Gateway, and Nether Portal, with separate item and armor bloom toggles, intensity, spread, quality, dropped item strength, and dropped item spread. A big focus of the mod is Vulkan support, so the effects and bloom are made to work with Vulkan Mod instead of only working in normal Minecraft rendering like vanilla and sodium, while also being optimized so the bloom targets the glint and overlay effects instead of trying to glow the whole screen.
