updated thermodynamica version in dependencies to 0.3.1 (update only required when updating thermodynamica).

new CC by wire API and some scope changes that still dont work

fixed mod not working on dedicated server (I am dumb and needed to change a single number in the gradlew properties). there shouldnt be any other changes but I might have changed some very minor stuff before finding out about the issue so keep that in mind.
