Adds two blocks; The Exchange, and the Declanator, that exchange the following resources:
32 Coal = 1 Diamond
16 Iron = 1 Diamond
1 Diamond = 16 Iron
1 Iron = 2 Coal
The Exchange takes lower value resources and turns them into higher value resources, while the Declanator taks higher value resources and turns them into lower ones.
For example, The exchange takes 16 Iron, and turns it into 1 Diamond. The declator would take 1 Diamond and turn it into 16 Iron.
'Bulk' exchanging is not yet supported (Because I don't know how to do that)
