• Updated Minecraft to 1.20.1.  
• Updated Minecraft Forge to 47.1.3.  
• Updated all builders in accordance to the changes introduced in their respective classes.  
• Moved Creative Mode Tabs from a custom registry to a static registry.  
• Included a copy of ParticleDescriptionProvider from Forge 47.1.6.  
• Removed the ability to generate legacy netherite smithing templates.
• Revamped BlockBuilder to account for the nuking of Materials and allow for more boolean modification.
• Revamped and optimized the cloning of Block Properties when caching for BlockBuilder.

Improvements
