Work on the modpack continues!

• All mods are updated to the latest versions

• Fixed and added many new recipes

• TFC energy has been returned — instead of windmills and water wheels from Create, TFC windmills and water wheels are now used, they can now generate Create energy

Thanks to Manwe_b for continuing to develop the Wooden Cog mod — many of the mechanics that I lacked to continue working are now available, and this has given me new motivation to continue working on the modpack.
