About

Adds a way to lock the state of the fluid pipes similar to encased pipes. A ponder entry for pipe wrench is added and will provide more details.

Warning

Version 2.x is not compatible with 1.x and things will break when you update. To mitigate, you'll have to unlock all pipes first before updating.
