Block Placer has been nerfed for server safety: range and cooldown are now configurable, and all block operations fire proper player-attributed NeoForge events so protection mods can cancel them and logging plugins can record them.

• Fix an issue that caused the chute not to output items from crates.
• Make the edges of the brass crates shinier.
• Support Create 6.0.10.

• Powder snow can now be stored like fluids.
• The Transporter can show what's in it when looking with goggles.
