New Features:

• Split "nojang" api into its own package and renamed it to "api" to prepare for Hytale porting
• CraterLoader – A mod loader inside a mod. Allows mods depending on CraterLib to run completely independent of the game it's running on

Bug Fixes:

• Removed warning message when Luckperms perms fails to load, causing log spam
• Fixed Maven Publishing for Snapshots and Releases
