-fixed spawn conditions of Craftian Magnemite and Craftian Magneton

-corrected internal labels of Craftian Magnemite, Craftian Magneton, and Glacire

-added missing shiny texture for Craftian Magneton

-added Magnegate, which evolves from Craftian Magneton using a Fire Stone
