Gameplay changes:

• Copper Horn sound range decreased from 2048 to 256.
• When running chl:give/all, a bundle is given instead of a shulker box.
• Added Українська (Україна) translations thanks to user StarmanMine142 on GitHub
• Added translations for Polski (Polska) and Türkçe (Türkiye) from Minecraft Bedrock Edition
• Updated for Minecraft 1.21.5 snapshots

Technical changes:

• Updated commands & loot tables to 1.21.5's tooltip component format
• The instrument data for copper horns now uses the sound event minecraft:intentionally_empty
• The tag 'isCopperHorn:1b' is no longer used to determine if a goat horn is a copper horn (instead, the instrument component is checked)
