Fixed missed recipes.

Transferred oxidation to cauldron from mixins to events with some optimizations and visual effect. The possibility of oxidation by right-clicking is also being considered, but it is a big question.

If you want to speed up the oxidation of items or blocks, just throw them into a cauldron with water! Also moved the code to NeoGradle and changed the absolute height of the structures.
