Fixes multiple bugs relating to the Heavy Press

Added new chest messages for the Industrial Smelter

• Invalid placement chat message,
• Incorrect materials chat message.

This makes it more understandable to newer players!

Removed bug which allowed players to accidently place Industrial Smelter Template (Now refers to place it using the blueprint)

Updated the pack to the latest version! (1.21.4)

(New update coming soon with an overhaul of machine recipes, and multiple new machines / materials!)

Small Bug fixes and Sounds!!

Bug Fixes

• When piston from Heavy Press is manually powered it bugs the animationn

• Fan wind not passing through redstone dust, acting as if it was a full block

• Fan Not properly simulating Overcharge explosion when at 12 End Crystals

• Admin menu bugs when spamming options

One-Time Messages

New One-Time messages for certain actions produuced by machines.

• When a fan is being overcharged

• When a Heavy Press has a Full Inventory (which will cause it to start crushing items that cant stack/fit in its inventory)

Admin Menu Option

• New Option to reset One-Time Messages for online players

Crumble Cake

Crumble a cake into chunks with a Quarry!

Bug Fixes

• Issue with placing Industrial Smelter

• Quarry simulating all mined blocks with silk touch

• Fan not applying slowness/lava damage at the end of its burst (up and down directions)

• Certain recipe items not stacking properly

• Fan applying lava damage when ice is input

• Industrial Smelter plays crushing animation on uncrushable items (ie; melon seeds)

• Industrial Smelter just breaks when the piston is powered manually during crushing animation

• Guidebook provides inproper information on powering the machines

• Guidebook contains gramatical errors

New Features

Cake Chunks

• Cake Chunks can be obtained by mining a cake with a quarry! These act like mini cakes, but allow you to eat them in your hand, rather than placing them down

Admin Menu

• The Admin menu is a developmental feature which allows admins to conntrol / obtain different things in the pack (currently there is only a "Give All Items" option) you can access this menu with /function c_o_p:admin_menu
