Adds coloured dynamic lights that move with your Create contraptions and Sable sub-levels, flowing both ways between your builds and the world.

- Light sources from other mods held in hand now glow their colour right away instead of staying white until you moved.
- Fixed the game failing to load with mods that ship their own copy of a Minecraft core shader, such as Immersive Petroleum.
- Lanterns hung on a wall by Amendments now glow the colour of the lantern itself instead of the bracket holding it.
- Fixed a random crash while chunks were being built with coloured light on ("Missing Palette entry").
