Construction Wand (Fabric)

Initial 26.1 port, please report any issues!

• Changed all wand recipes to only use one stick, as the original recipe now crafts spears (I genuinely forgot spears exist...)

• Improved mod compatibility system
• Possibly fixed Polymer-related bug which prevent re-joining a server (Thanks to @PrincessPwny and @norumalumilkku on GitHub for reporting this!)
