Confluence: Otherworld Gun Fix

-Updated to Confluence v1.2.

-Added support for Phoenix Blaster and Snowball Cannon.

-Fixed some guns being positioned incorrectly in first person.

-Added aiming down sights with guns.

-Added Confluence 1.2.0 compatibility.

-Added rocket boot particle effects.

-Fixed Sinytra Connector conflict, "Sinytra Compatible" versions are now deprecated.

-Added config options.

-Added support for left-handed animations.

-Added support for v1.1.3 of Confluence, which allowed off hand items to be used while holding guns. 

-Added gun holding animations compatibility with shield, trident and spyglass item use animations when dual wielding.

-Guns now use a custom recoil animation, blowpipe is excluded.

-Note: Only update to this version if you know this mod won't conflict with any animation mod you have. Otherwise stay at v1.0.0
