Make sure you created a survival game instead of a hardcore world. This mod changes that world into a hardcore game.

Dying in penalty time.
After you die first time, do not try to fool the game by dying over and over to teleport closer to your first death location. Compassionate hardcore mod has a penalty time. Respect it and keep the challange.
