Major changes:

• Config to make veinminer and treecapitator smart:
  • Tracks player placed blocks and prevents them from beeing mined by veinminer and treecapitator
• Commands to add the block to be tracked, /protect with optinal arguments. Protected blocks cannot be veinmined or treecapitated. Only work if the designated smart option if toggled.
  • radius, protect in a radius around the player, optinal around a point
  • chunk, protect the chunk the player is in optinal any other given chunk
  • points, protect in the volume between 2 points, optinaly with the first point not beeing the player
