0.1.6 Oxidation Colorful Lanterns Update!

New copper lanterns have been added. Like vanilla lanterns, they oxidize over time.

You can also now dye any lantern with dye, and it will change color. Simply right-click on the lantern while holding the dye. This applies to both regular colored lanterns and copper colored lanterns.

Now you can change color of lantern by click with dye in hand.

• Option PolyDecorationsLanterns (true/false) — controls whether lanterns can be attached to walls.
