Adds a GUI that lists everything you've collected in the game. Allows the player to 100% complete Minecraft

Version 1.4.5 (Minecraft 26.1 - 26.1.2)
Fixed:
- Potion tooltips now show the effect, level, and duration.
- Before this, potions with different levels or durations just had the same name. Now each one is uniquely labeled and collectible.
