A quick hotfix on top of 1.3.1.

• Water bottles (and every other potion) are back in the Items tab — a filter added in 1.3.1 was too aggressive and quietly removed every potion from the list. Brewing now has its full lineup again.
• Dirt path removed from the Blocks tab — it has a creative-mode item but isn't actually obtainable in survival, so it shouldn't have been there.
• Search screen layout fix — when filters were expanded, the Advancements chip in the Type row was getting clipped off the right edge of the panel.
