Coldsnap

No changes from 1.3, now compatible with 1.21.11 due to the naming convention change for gamerules

Being on fire now prevents you from taking cold damage! Wow, what a crazy oversight! Additionally, I fixed the indicator not being able to show up. In fact, now it can be toggled per specific player! The dialog settings menu also has a new look, check it out in the gallery!

Upon popular request, White Wool has replaced Pelt as the item needed to insulate leather armor, it now being named "Fur" armor. This means sheep can be used, and the item makes more sense thematically. Polar bears and Goats now drop white wool, which you can think of as their fur pelts instead

Added a new subtle visual indicator for the player to know when they would be taking damage and how much. It can be toggled within the new dialog menu.

Code cleaned up slightly, though this should not change functionality at all.

Because of use of dialog menus, this version of the pack requires game version 1.21.6 and above
