Fix accept message wording for creators (accepted-by). Add shorthand amounts (50k/1.5m/2b). Add per-player confirm threshold via /cf confirmmin. Add language selection (messages-language: en|de). Improve cross-platform compatibility for sounds/inventory titles/item meta.

Fix stats tracking: Total Won now records net winnings (payout minus stake) instead of total payout. Existing stats require a reset to reflect the fix.
