rewrite logging so that it goes into the LOGGER of code-server-exec, note this is a different logger than code-server, this is done INTENTIONALLY

rework execution of code-server so that it relies on the bundled node binary, this resolves an issue when a server host lacks basic busybox utilities preventing the thing from starting
