Fixed — mod icon
- The jar embedded a 504-byte placeholder icon, so Mod Menu and launchers showed an old/blank icon. It now embeds the real Cobblemon Routes logo (256×256 PNG). The Modrinth project title + icon were already correct; this fixes the icon shown from the jar itself.
