Cobblemon: Run & Bun(Advanced Trainer AI)

Important

This is the first iteration of the "Add-on version" of this mod. Originally, this mod replaced the Radical Cobblemon API. Now this version works in tandem with the API and requires it to work. I will update the mod description to match.

Adjustments / Bugs:

• New condition for healing moves -> if the AI is faster and is above 70% hp. Don't heal.
• Neutralizing gas was not being properly checked from all Pokémon on the field.
• Weather ball / Sun / Rain now takes into account the Utility umbrella held item.
