Cobblemon x NIT Integration

Fixed the advancements page having a missing texture background

• Switched from using the now outdated "context" system for spawns, replacing it with "spawnablePositionType"

Added the following structures:

• Pokécenter (Town)
• Pokémart (Town)
• Apricorn Farm (Town)
• Mint Farm (Town)
• Pokémon Nursery (Town)
• Pokémon Infirmary (Fortress)
• Pokéball Forge (Fortress)
• Pokéball Synthesizer (End City)
• Pokécenter Vessel (Fleet - Requires NIT: Dimensions)
• Evolution Stone Drill (Mine - Requires NIT: Dimensions)

Added Pokémon spawns to the following dimensions:

• In Between (Sparse)
• Tempest (Sparse)
• Buried Ocean (Plentiful)
• Primordial Desert (Plentiful)
