Cobblemon Battle Conditions

This mod adds a togglable window on the right hand side of the battle UI that displays the current conditions of the battle. Weather, hazards, terrain, screens, or anything else hard to track in base Cobblemon. Future plans to make the window movable. Currently needs it on client + server for it to work on servers.
