Cmoothies

• Added Creative Inventory tab
• Added effect tooltips for all items that need them
• Changed Protein Shake stack size to 1
• Capitalized mod name

• Added Blasts and Milk Jars
• Renamed Chocolate Milkshake to Protein Shake
• Changed Smoothie crafting recipes to not require two milk buckets (now they require a Milk Jar instead of a Jar)
• Heavily rebalanced Smoothies and Shakes by adding negative effects to them

• Fixed empty Jar not being thrown onto the ground when a player drinks a smoothie/milkshake with a full inventory

• Changed smoothie stack size to 8 (milkshake stack size was not changed since I plan to make them more powerful)
