removed herobrine. no jokes here he was added in with one of the nether mods he would spawn at random has 10000 helth and inst mines tunals through walls. I found him when testing and decided he did not need to spawn where the only way your getting rid of him is to push him off an island if you can even do that. also changed deffult for dragons so they are nonhostal till you try to ride/tame them the ones form ice and fire are still hostal but seem to lose fighting grater numbers of other things as I have yet to find a live fire or ice dragon in testing only the bones of the dead.

edited some configs added in RS infinte range upgrade it should have ben in from the start but here we are.

remade the pack in 1.20.1 lots of changes had to remove quests. now some what suports shaders.
