Update Note – ClientReflex 1.21 → 1.21.4
This update focuses on improving and simplifying connection handling while keeping all core features intact.
Main changes
- The legacy auto-reconnect system (
autoReconnect*) has been fully removed. - All disconnection and reconnection logic is now centralized in AntiDisconnect as the single protection system.
- AntiDisconnect provides smarter retry behavior with progressive delays and clearer limits, resulting in more stable handling of repeated disconnects.
Configuration
- The configuration file is cleaner and easier to understand.
- Redundant or overlapping reconnect options have been removed, making AntiDisconnect the only system to configure for connection stability.
Code and UI
- The legacy
AutoReconnectManagerhas been removed. - Connection-related logic is more consistent and easier to maintain.
What remains unchanged
- Advanced network HUD.
- Entity prediction (crystals, beds, anchors, TNT minecarts).
- Ping optimization and metrics.
- Packet prioritization and Netty-related settings.
Player impact
- More stable and predictable reconnection behavior.
- Fewer aggressive reconnect loops during poor network conditions.
- Clearer configuration and overall smoother experience.
