Reduces the possibility of being false-flagged by anti-cheat software by disabling the ability to run once a consumable is consumed. Only the server will be able to allow that. This changes has almost no visual impact.

I decided to restart the mod from scratch to optimize it, fix bugs and avoid every false flag from anti-cheats as possible.

I also started to use the Mojang's mappings to prepare for the transition to deobfuscated mappings

This update contains only a consumable optimizer
