Cinch's Extra Torches

Cinch's Extra Torches Adds two new features:

• Glowstone Torches
• Glow Ink Torches

Both these new torches can be placed underwater and have lower light levels. They both use the normal torch recipe just with glowstone dust or glow ink sacs instead of coal.
