Added Features

New Commands:
- /cpl list - Display all currently loaded areas with names, coordinates, and world information
- /cpl info <name> - Show detailed information about a specific area including total chunks, loading progress, and coordinates
- /cpl reload - Reload the configuration and all saved areas
- /cpl status - Show the current status of the plugin including total loaded chunks, enabled worlds, and memory usage
Performance Settings:
- Added configurable chunk loading speed (chunks per tick)
- Added maximum area size limits
- Added performance warnings for large areas
Auto-unload Timer:
- Automatic unloading of areas after a specified period of inactivity
- Configurable timeout duration
World-specific Settings:
- Different configuration values per world (max area size, load speed)
- Separate limits for overworld, nether, and end
Auto-save Interval:
- Periodic saving of area data to prevent loss on crashes
- Configurable interval in seconds
Async Chunk Generation:
