ChunkIt Lite lets you pre-generate (pregen) chunks in your Minecraft world before you explore them. This means terrain, structures, ores, and biomes are already created and saved to disk, so your game won’t lag when you move into new areas.

What it is A lightweight mod that pre-generates a 20×20 chunk area (320×320 blocks) around your player, so you never experience lag when exploring that zone again.
