• added all walls and stairs blocks to the blacklist
• added commands for custom blacklist blocks and clearing
• reduced effects durations from 30s to 8-16s

🌪 Dynamic Chunk Effects Duration Update: Effects are no longer a flat 30 seconds. They now last randomly for either 8 seconds or 16 seconds.

🚫 Performance & Exclude System If you encounter blocks that cause lag (like certain modded blocks or complex entities), you can now exclude them in real-time.

Use /rc exclude add minecraft:... to prevent a chunk from turning into a lag-fest.
