Cheap anvils

Cheap anvils is a datapack used so anvils are not so expensive. Usually with the 3 iron blocks they have and the 4 iron ingots this can add up fast to a combined total of 31 iron ingots. With this datapack the iron blocks are replaced with iron ingots so it reduces it to only 7 iron ingots.
