its joke update for april fool day, do not install it on server for long period

Balance Changes:

• Apply Ratio now multiply damage based on InnateMastery instead InnateDamageBoost(so chant not work now on it)

Ability Changes:

• Ratio Slash

• Now Has Ratio QTE, what depend how much damage you deal with ability
• Added new Animations

• Ratio Dash

• Now Has Ratio QTE, what depend how much damage you deal with ability
• Added new Animations

• Now added Gamerule for WorldDestruction off in "/cursedfate Gamerule"
