The Iron Wings mod adds wings that can be equipped on a horse to let horses fly!

The purpose of this mod is to add a pre-elytra flight mechanic that feels balanced. It also gives new meaning to horse stats, as the horses speed stat, jump stat and health stat impacts the horses flight speed, altitude gain and, in the event your wings break mid flight, the health stat will hopefully help eat some of the fall damage.

This approach to flight is great because horses aren't really worth it in the base game currently. Nether highways are the meta, but maybe this will change that!

There are three items. The Wing Set, The Iron Wings and The Netherite Wings.
The wing set is a crafting ingredient only, used to build the iron wings and used to repair the iron wings. The iron wings are the item that allows you to fly, but it has limited durability. If you upgrade it to netherite the same way you upgrade diamond tools, it becomes the netherite wings and has infinite durability!
