This mod adds interop between CC:Tweaked and Destroy (currently Vat only).

Vat Controller exposes following Lua functions:

getPressure(): float
getTemperature(): float
getUVStrength(): float
getCapacity(): float
getFluidLevel(): float
getMixture(): Map<String, Float>

!computer_v1.1.0 (New Format: Vat getMixture() returns key as ID by default)
