Chinese Core Bundle Sign Recipes Documentation

This documentation describes the crafting and stonecutting recipes for traffic signs in the Chinese Core Bundle (CCB) mod for Minecraft versions 1.20.1 to 1.20.4.

Overview

The CCB mod provides a comprehensive set of traffic sign recipes organized into three main categories:

• Direction signs
• Prohibition signs
• Warning signs

Each category contains multiple subcategories with specific crafting patterns and ingredients.

Direction Signs

Directional Signs (direction/directional)

Crafting type: stonecutting

These recipes allow conversion between different directional signs using a stonecutter. All directional signs can be converted to any other directional sign in this group.

Available signs:

Initial crafting recipe uses lapis lazuli to create directional_sign_1.

Lane Signs (direction/lanes)

Crafting type: stonecutting and crafting_shaped

Lane signs include various turn and special purpose lane indicators. They can be crafted initially from white wool and lapis lazuli, or converted between each other using a stonecutter.

Prohibition signs indicate restrictions on vehicle movements or activities. Initially crafted from redstone blocks.

Crossroad Warning Signs (warning/crossroad)

Crafting type: stonecutting and crafting_shaped

Warning signs for various types of intersections. Initially crafted from gold nuggets.

Curve Warning Signs (warning/curve)

Danger Warning Signs (warning/danger)

Crafting type: stonecutting and crafting_shaped

Signs warning about various hazards and dangerous conditions.

Narrow Road Warning Signs (warning/narrow)

Crafting type: stonecutting and crafting_shaped

Signs warning about narrowing roads, bridges, and tunnels.

Watchout Warning Signs (warning/watchout)

Crafting type: stonecutting and crafting_shaped

Signs warning about potential obstacles such as pedestrians and animals.

• village
• road_work

Crafting Patterns

Most initial crafting recipes follow these patterns:

1. Directional Signs: Use lapis lazuli arranged in specific patterns
2. Lane Signs: Use white wool and lapis lazuli in alternating patterns
3. Prohibition Signs: Use redstone in square or ring patterns
4. Warning Signs: Use gold nuggets in cross or diagonal patterns

All conversions between similar signs use the stonecutting method, allowing players to change one sign to another within the same category without consuming additional resources.
