Fixed errors with link API and upgrades

Support for 1.117.0, will not work in 1.116.x or lower

Separated Creative Menus

Links will now say their upgrade in the name (ex: "Noisy Link Core")

Hopefully fixed being able to use upgrades after theyve been removed.

This update makes cclink a lot more similar to plethora.

Upgrades

This update adds UPGRADES, that can be applied to the link, and later on, a manipulator type block.

Upgrades:

• Block Scanner Upgrade
• Entity Sensor Upgrade
• Introspection Upgrade
• World Upgrade
• Overlay Upgrade
• Kinetic Upgrade
• Chatty Upgrade

I will soon add sections to the wiki for the new update, but for now you'll have to figure it out on your own (sorry), its not too hard to figure out, but it is unlilke other mods.

NOTE

The textures for the upgrades are possibly temporary, im not sure if I like them or not, tooltip also says they are subject to change.
