Updated to 7.3_04 and to Halplibe 5.3.0!

• No longer requires TerrainAPI or Dragonfly, models have been remade in code and generation done with mixin
• Swamps have gotten an overhaul with big dripleafs and vines
• Permafrost copper ore has been added
• Lightning rod should work much better as a conductor now
• Axolotls are currently unfinished
