A simple plugin to prevent players from catching Pokemon too far above their current level. Any catch attempt on a Pokemon that is X levels above the player's current highest level Pokemon in their party will not succeed.

Features:

• Two separate level caps for in-battle and out of battle capturing
• Gamerules for configuration: levelCap, externalLevelCap, showLevelCapMessages
• Level cap is ignored if player is in creative, is using a masterball, or the target Pokemon is shiny!
