Removed the old crafting of daylight detector (the original one).

Redstone Torches Changes items/blocks requirement for crafting: 1x Copper Ingot to 1x Stick.

Dispenser Changes items/blocks requirement for crafting: 1x Piston to 1x String.

Debug

Fixed the problem with "pack_format" in the "pack.mcmeta" file.

Adds new recipes for: Piston, redstone torches (now crafted in pair of 4) and observer.

Recipes balance changes: Dispenser and dropper. (Now insted of 2 smooth stone blocks, you need slabs)

The first version start with 1.1.0 because the data pack was still a concept. The data pack was tested on 1.21.4 but can be downgraded and upgraded by modifying the pack.mcmeta.

DON'T downgraded less than 1.21 because there are some exclusive items in 1.21 that some recipes required.
