Powered rail recipe
New powered rail recipe: Vanilla recipe is 6 gold ingots and 1 redstone -> 6 powered rails, so 1 gold ingot and 1/6 redstone per rail. The new recipe is 6 gold nuggets, 1 rail, and 1redstone per powered rail, so 2/3 gold, 1redstone and 1/8 iron, balanced.
