BTA CC Tweaked

• Make computer don't trigger redstone update when nothing change (useful when turtle move near trapdoor)
• Be sure turtle can break plant now
• Add funny descriptions on items and blocks !
• Show turtle craft in the BTA recipes book
• Fix placing a labeled turtle or computer didn't work
• Update PeripheralAPI with methods from CC 1.99. This mean program like SquidDev-CC/artist will work natively
• Fix BlockLogicCable making client disconnect sometime
• Fix printer not working on server

• Replace WorldClientMixin with WorldMixin for better compatibility with mods
• Fix crash related to EntityFalling turtle
• Allow turtle to place seeds and use bone meal
• Fix patch for invisible turtle in inventory
• Fix crash due to missing library

• Upgrade to BTA 7.3_04
• Fix animated textures when BTA is in procedural animation mode or disabled
• Fix possible random crash with Turtle rendering and null block access
